FRP roll core for efficient coverting
We will recommend RISHOLITE thermosetting resin laminated tubes as roll cores for efficient converting at our booth. Thermosetting resin laminated tube is a kind of FRP pipes and is so excellent in mechanical strength as to be replacement of metal pipe for some applications. We can also offer the most suitable cores to customers with knowledge accumulated in the past 30-year.

Originally thermosetting resin laminated tube has been used as insulation cylinder of oil-insulated transformers. In view of excellent mechanical strength and lightness, we also propose this item as roll core for efficient converting.
Roll-core with multi layers.
For instance, double-layered core whose outer has fine surface for winding thin film and inner has excellent strength would be available.
Roll-core with hollow structure coupled with flange. For instance, roll core composed with inner tube with exact diameter for chucking and outer tube with surface suitable for winding thin film would be available.Both weight saving of core and facile Up-sizing of outer diameter are also achieved.
The following surface finish such as Urethane paint application,Conductive paint application,Rubber lining or Surface machining is also abailable.
