A black more beautiful than black / Label-free bottle
We are a plastic molding manufacturer within the Otsuka Pharmaceutical Group. This exhibition showcases our advanced manufacturing technologies, including label-free bottles and low-reflection structures. At a time when the role of plastics is being questioned, we strive to contribute to society through manufacturing that balances convenience with environmental impact.
By transferring the anti-reflective pattern formed on the mold surface during plastic molding, we achieve an exceptional level of blackness. This process allows us to make plastic products remarkably black without using conventional surface treatments such as coatings or painting-only through the molding process itself.
We are advancing the development of label-free PET bottles using our proprietary technology. By decorating the bottle itself with micro-patterns and high-precision transfer techniques instead of using labels, we achieve both visibility and design appeal. This approach simplifies sorting processes, improving recycling efficiency, and contributes to reducing environmental impact by minimizing printed materials and adhesives.
By fusing proprietary precision plastic molding and precision
stamping technologies, this circuit protection device achieves
an ultra-compact form factor.
Utilizing the know-how cultivated in the production of infusion bag films, we are developing functional films with new value.
This is a microalgae cultivation system that utilizes a PE bag as the culture vessel and does not employ stirring blades for circulating the culture medium.
