By adjusting the mixing ratio, it is possible to control the coefficient of thermal expansion and produce additively manufactured parts with a high modulus of elasticity.
It is intended for use in semiconductor heat sinks and heat spreaders, as well as in components for semiconductor manufacturing equipment that require both light weight and high rigidity.
