As a glass manufacturer, we will introduce our glass composition design based on our proprietary in-house melting process, glass materials leveraging the homogeneity achieved through melting, and powdered materials derived from them. As a processing manufacturer, we will also present our high-precision glass processing technologies — including cutting, polishing, thin-film deposition, and micro-fabrication — as well as solutions such as glass-resin hybrid optical products enabled by imprint technology.
At Matsunami Glass, we provide Glass Powder materials for a wide rangeof applications,
including sealing glass and electrolyte materials.
With in-house glass melting and composition design, we offer flexiblesolutions tailored to customer needs.
Our materials also deliver excellent stability and cost performance, making them a highly advantageous choice.
Matsunami Glass's nanoimprint technology precisely molds optical resin onto glass substrates to form fine optical structures such as lenticular lenses and microlens arrays. These hybrid optical elements combine the dimensional stability of glass with the design flexibility of resin molding, and have been adopted in 3D displays and optical communication devices. We support our customers seamlessly from prototyping through to mass production.
