Solve your material challenges with graphene
AirMembrane is a graphene startup spun out of AIST, Japan's National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology. Building on research that began in 2009, we produce large-area, high-quality graphene with proprietary synthesis and transfer technologies. At our booth we will show TEM grids, graphene FET sensor chips and large-area graphene samples. We supply graphene on substrates, as freestanding films, or laminated with other materials, and we also take on contract transfer work. We welcome discussions on material selection and new product development.
Graphene-supported TEM grids for both cryo-EM of biological samples and materials analysis, such as nanoparticles and catalysts. Our proprietary transfer process forms clean, uniform graphene with few tears across the whole grid. The thin, even support film keeps background noise low, and the grids are used by major pharmaceutical companies and academic research groups. We will also introduce our UV unit for hydrophilic treatment.
FR01 is a field-effect transistor sensor chip with a graphene channel. It draws on the high electrical sensitivity of graphene and is suited to research and development of biosensors, gas sensors and strain sensors. We are also open to joint development, including surface functionalization and measurement setup.
Large-area graphene produced with our proprietary synthesis and transfer technologies. We transfer graphene onto customer-specified substrates such as wafers and films, and can also supply it in freestanding form for applications that need a film both thin and strong, such as windows and filters.
