Less Warping,Less Stress Next Generation Polypropylene
Struggling with failed PP prints?
Warping and poor bed adhesion often make polypropylene (PP) one of the most challenging materials for FFF/FDM 3D printing. At our booth, we will showcase the JIZAI series, low-warp PP filaments designed to unlock the benefits of PP, including chemical resistance and flexibility. We will also demonstrate JIZAI Twist, a PP filament with enhanced interlayer adhesion, through live printing of flexible structures. Various printed samples will be on display, and free filament samples will be available. Feel free to discuss your PP printing challenges with us.
① Extremely Low Warpage
Minimizes warping, one of the biggest challenges in PP printing. Enables stable printing while reducing the need for parameter tuning and reprints.
② Flexibility and Strength
Enables the prototyping and evaluation of living hinges and functional parts that are difficult to achieve with PLA or ABS.
③ Excellent Chemical Resistance
Provides outstanding resistance to acids, alkalis, and solvents, expanding the range of environments where printed jigs and functional parts can be used.

① Improved Interlayer Strength
Addresses interlayer failure, a common challenge in FFF/FDM 3D printing. Parts are more resistant to cracking under bending and twisting loads.
② Designed for Repeated Deformation
Suitable for moving mechanisms and living hinge applications that require repeated flexing.
③ Ideal for Flexible Functional Parts
Enables reliable printing of bellows, squeeze bulbs, and other flexible structures.
