Energy materials zone
Materials for buliding a future are available here.
Founded in Takaoka, Toyama, Japan, in 1917, our company has played a key role in supporting Japan's steel industry through its ferroalloy business.
Drawing on the core technologies of melting, solidification, and pulverization cultivated over decades of ferroalloy production, we will showcase a range of advanced materials and energy-related products.
-Safe Hydrogen Storage Systems based on hydrogen storage alloy technology for the future hydrogen economy
-Activated Manganese Dioxide (AMD), a high-performance catalyst with a large specific surface area
-Ferrites and High-Purity Metals that contribute to the performance and reliability of modern electronic devices
Hydrogen Storage Systems Born from Ferroalloy Technology
Drawing on alloy technologies cultivated through more than a century of experience in the ferroalloy industry, we have developed safe hydrogen storage systems utilizing hydrogen storage alloys.
By storing hydrogen within hydrogen storage alloys, our systems offer a safe and efficient alternative to conventional high-pressure gas and liquid hydrogen storage methods. The technology has already been implemented in selected applications and is expected to play an important role in stationary energy systems.
Visit our booth to learn more about our technologies supporting the future hydrogen economy.
