JOKOH NAGS Series: Empowering Innovation in CNT Dispersion
JOKOH' proprietary micronization/dispersion equipment (Ultra-High Pressure Homogenizer) contributes to the nanostructuring of materials across a wide range of industries, including batteries, electronic components, various coatings, pharmaceuticals, and food products.
In particular, our system is highly suitable for the dispersion of CNT (carbon nanotube).
We also offer contract testing and contract manufacturing services.
In addition, we provide the graphene dispersion "J-GRAPHENE", which is manufactured using our proprietary methods based on our advanced dispersion technology.

The NAGS20, a compact benchtop experimental ultra-high-pressure homogenizer, is capable of processing at pressures up to 200 MPa.
The features of the NAGS series are as follows:
・The proprietary H-type nozzle enables uniform dispersion while minimizing damage to the material and preserving its properties.
・Contamination is minimal since no grinding media is used.
・Scaling up is easy, allowing for consistent evaluation from fundamental research through to the manufacturing stage.
Graphene is often referred to as a "dream material" due to its exceptional conductivity, strength, and flexibility. Leveraging the dispersion technology of our ultra-high-pressure homogenizer, NAGS, we have developed "J-GRAPHENE" through a proprietary patented method. This material sets itself apart from conventional graphene by achieving fewer than five layers and low defect. Combining excellent conductivity and mechanical strength, its performance holds great potential for applications across a wide range of fields, including batteries, electronic components, paints, and inks.
