Hirosaki University, a government-designated COI-NEXT hub, has established an industry-academia-government-public partnership based on 22 years of accumulated health big data comprising more than 3,000 items. Working with 80 organizations, including leading corporations, universities, national research institutes, and local governments, we have generated significant research outcomes and social implementations such as QOL health checkups, digital twin initiatives, and Pay-for-Success programs to promote a co-creative Well-being society.
We, as a J-PEAKS hub, have launched large-scale international collaborations with world-leading institutions, including Harvard University and Johns Hopkins University. Through partnerships with top research universities in Japan and abroad, we aim to establish a global center for Well-being research, demonstration, and innovation, driving the worldwide advancement of Well-being science and the creation of new interdisciplinary research fields.
