We offer contract manufacturing services using metal 3D printers. We are capable of printing copper—a material often considered difficult to print with metal 3D printers. We have a proven track record of extending the service life of induction heating coils. In addition to coils, we are also working on 3D-printing cutting tools. By creating internal flow channel geometries that are typically impossible to achieve through conventional machining, we can reduce chip buildup. Furthermore, 3D-printed nozzles used in grinding operations enable simultaneous cooling and cleaning.
The 〈AM Jet Nozzle〉 can be manufactured using additive manufacturing with a metal 3D printer. Designed with fluid dynamics in mind, this lathe coolant nozzle effectively cools the cutting edge. By using multiple independent tubes to straighten and accelerate the coolant flow, it prevents coolant dispersion, improves flow straightness, increases flow rate, and enhances cooling performance. It also helps suppress wear caused by metal chips, contributing to less frequent nozzle replacement and a more stable tool life.
