Using an electrospray plating process, we have successfully developed a mass-production technology for silver-plated conductive yarns based on 220 dtex super fibers, achieving an ultra-low electrical resistance of less than 0.1 Ω/cm. We will showcase a wide range of product development examples utilizing these advanced super fiber conductive yarns.
