We are exhibiting our automotive interior and exterior coating alternative film, the "3D Decorative Hard Coat Film Lumiart". Utilising proprietary resin design and coating technology from a chemical manufacturer, we have developed a hard coat film that is both flexible and rigid. By replacing spray painting, it contributes to CO2 reduction. You can see functionalities and design expressions that cannot be achieved with conventional painting. This film is applicable across all fields beyond the automotive industry.
This film combines the hard-coating properties suitable for automotive interior and exterior applications with flexibility that softens during thermoforming processes such as TOM molding and film insert molding, enabling it to conform to three-dimensional shapes.
By applying various decorative finishes, it achieves designs unattainable through painting, enabling new decorative expressions while reducing VOC and CO2 emissions.
