TOBATA SEISAKUSHO

Dry and wet sand 3D printing dramatically shortens casting lead times.

A purely domestic 3D printer manufacturer of the Tobata Group. We introduce two product lines: Binder Jet Sand 3D Printers and Large-Scale Stereolithography (SLA) 3D Printers. The Sand 3D Printer "SCM-800Ⅱ" supports both dry sand (artificial sand) and wet sand (silica sand). Combined with Tobata Seisakusho’s flame-retardant magnesium, we propose weight reduction for products. For SLA 3D printers, we demonstrate applications such as visualizing internal structures using highly transparent resin models and precision casting with easily combustible resin. We support solving your front-line challenges through our exhibits and business discussions.

Product / Technology Information

New Product

A purely domestic, high-precision, high-quality sand 3D printer for casting. The SCM-800Ⅱ supports both dry sand (artificial sand) and wet sand (silica sand), significantly expanding its range of applications. The SCM-1800 boasts top-tier printing speed and build size in the industry, demonstrating powerful performance in manufacturing large and high-volume sand molds. Direct after-sales service by a Japanese manufacturer provides users with peace of mind and stable operation. In addition, through casting examples utilizing Tobata Seisakusho’s flame-retardant magnesium, we propose solutions to weight reduction challenges in product development.

New Product

A proudly Japan-made stereolithography 3D printer ideal for large-format printing needs beyond the capabilities of desktop 3D printers. The CSLA-9000 offers a 30% larger build area than its predecessor and can produce long parts of up to 1,140 mm. The compact ATOMm-4000Ⅱ features the same specifications as the CSLA-9000 except for the build area, delivering printing speeds comparable to those of larger machines. Personalized, direct after-sales support from the Japanese manufacturer ensures users long-term peace of mind and stable operation. Both models are registered products under the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Productivity Improvement Investment Subsidy (Catalog Order Type).
