Reactivation and Regeneration of Metal AM Residual Powder via Mesoplasma Control

In metal AM, expensive feedstock powder left unused after each build degrades under heat, and much of it ends up discarded. Our proprietary mesoplasma spray technology instantly removes surface oxides and restores spherical shape, regenerating degraded powder to a quality equal to or better than virgin material. By collecting, reprocessing, and resupplying leftover and discarded powder, we achieve both lower material costs and a more circular use of resources.
