SGIC's double-belt press holds material between upper and lower belts and keeps it under pressure as it is heated and then cooled, all in one continuous line. This makes it well suited to replacing batch presses and to continuous production of materials that roll presses, with their short pressing time, cannot handle well.

SGIC's Uniform Pressure Press Roll is a newly developed press roll that applies a uniform line load across the full roll width, even at high temperatures and pressures. Conventional rolls deflect under heavy loads, so pressure drops toward the center of the width. Our proprietary Self Crown Control structure minimizes this.
