Mr. TOSHIO MORI
The University of OsakaCenter for Quantum Information and Quantum BiologyRIKENRIKEN Center for Quantum Computing RQC【Profile】After gaining experience in building core systems for major corporations, developing open-source-based systems, and working as a freelance AI engineer, he joined The University of Osaka, QIQB in May 2022. In 2023, he played a key role in making quantum computers from RIKEN and Osaka University available via the cloud. He continues to develop the foundational software OQTOPUS and contributed to the project receiving the Prime Minister's Award at the 53rd Japan Industrial Technology Awards in 2024.
