Kyushu Semiconductor KAW provides contract semiconductor wafer processing services, supporting a wide range of needs from small-lot prototyping and research and development to mass production.
Using our in-house equipment, we offer deposition processes such as CVD and sputtering, as well as patterning processes including photolithography and etching.
For processes not available in-house, such as CMP, plating, and heat treatment, we provide integrated solutions through our extensive partner network.
