Kinari is a highly sustainable material that offers properties nearly identical to conventional petroleum-based plastics while containing more than 50% plant-derived fibers. At the exhibition, we will showcase molded products made from Kinari, the S-story Pendant, the first home appliance product to adopt Kinari, along with newly developed materials featuring enhanced functional properties.
PPFRP is a polypropylene fiber-reinforced material that combines exceptional lightweight performance and high strength. Its distinctive fiber-textured appearance and versatile color options make it ideal for both structural and decorative applications. By balancing functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability, PPFRP creates new possibilities for product design.
In-Mold Coating (IMC) is a next-generation coating technology that reduces environmental impact by eliminating thermal drying processes and using solvent-free coatings. By integrating coating into the molding process, IMC reduces production steps, saves space, and improves efficiency.
Our proprietary IMC technology enables cost reduction through thin-film coating, expands coating coverage through backside coating, and supports blackout designs by combining illumination and decorative features. It enhances both the aesthetics and functionality of molded parts while minimizing environmental impact.
This OCT technology enables in-process "wide width thickness measurement" and offers the following features:
・Achieves high-speed measurement using a galvanometer scan head
・Enables measurement up to 700 mm wide with proprietary signal processing and optical system
・Capable of measuring workpieces with large reflectance differences by leveraging a high dynamic range
This technology enables high-speed, non-contact visualization of the surfaces and cross-sections of materials transparent to near-infrared light, and offers the following features:
・Micrometer-level high precision
・Millimeter-level long range
・High speed measurement without Z-axis scanning
Furthermore, by performing high-speed, high-precision 3D analysis, the following can be achieved.
・Micrometer-level film thickness measurement
・Analysis of defects such as cracks at the micrometer level, including those within inside the wafer
