Our group offer integrated solutions from raw material procurement to embossing.
We showcase the technical capabilities of our group companies. By combining the planning expertise of our trading division, Kyoei Kasei, with the contract embossing and thermal lamination technologies of our processing division, Edogawa Polymer, we provide a one-stop solution covering everything from material selection and prototyping to fabric inspection. Leveraging the unique strengths of our group collaboration—specifically the synergy between optimal planning and embossing technology—we present samples for a wide range of application. We also work as a unified team to respond quickly to inquiries regarding small-lot prototyping and raw material procurement.
Kyoei Kasei (a trading company specializing in chemicals and synthetic resins) and Edogawa Polymer (a manufacturer specializing in film embossing) are exhibiting jointly. We provide a one-stop solution combining the selection and procurement of diverse substrates—ranging from general-purpose resins to fluoropolymers and metal foils (trading company capabilities)—with high-precision micro-embossing, lamination, and three-layer thermal lamination (manufacturing capabilities). This integrated approach accelerates development and delivers optimal solutions, covering everything from material procurement to prototyping and mass production.
【POINT 1】Embossing on various types of films
We can apply embossing to various types of films, including heat-resistant and thick films.
【POINT 2】All processing completed in-house at Edogawa Polymer
We handle the entire process in-house—from lamination, embossing, and slitting to automated defect inspection—enabling low costs and short lead times.
【POINT 3】High-precision quality control & small-lot prototyping
We have installed inspection equipment utilizing both light transmission and light reflection methods. We also offer flexible support for prototyping, including small-lot production.
Our proprietary nip mechanism enables the creation of deep embossing even on films that are typically difficult to emboss, such as heat-resistant or thick films.

At Edogawa Polymer, we have established an integrated in-house production system—utilizing our No. 1 through No. 3 machines—that covers everything from diverse embossing processes (such as water-based wet lamination and adhesive-free three-layer thermal lamination) to slitting and high-precision inspection (using light transmission and reflection methods). With capabilities accommodating maximum finished widths of 1,400 mm and roll diameters of 700 mm, alongside precise temperature control ranging from 80°C to 220°C, we can process a wide films and base fabrics. We offer flexible support for projects ranging from prototyping and small lot production to full-scale mass production.
This product is an original item from Kyoei Kasei designed for neatly piping whipped cream or batter when decorating cakes, cookies, and other treats. Made from polyester fabric with a polyurethane coating, it offers excellent durability and is washable for repeated use. It is an eco-friendly baking tool that helps reduce the waste associated with disposable plastic bags, thereby curbing resource consumption during manufacturing and disposal and contributing to plastic reduction efforts (SDGs).
These highly durable, disposable polyethylene piping bags are versatile enough for everything from whipped cream and cookie dough to minced fatty tuna (*negitoro*), tuna mayo, and mashed potatoes. They eliminate the hassle of washing and prevent issues such as oily residue, odor transfer, and hygiene risks associated with reuse. Made from sturdy 0.08mm-thick polyethylene, they are tear-resistant and feature a non-slip finish for a secure grip. With a temperature tolerance of -30°C to 100°C and compliance with FDA and Japanese Food Sanitation Act standards, this reliable Japanese-made product enhances both operational efficiency and safety in the kitchen.
