Streamline equipment upgrades for power utilities and electrical contractors!
Driven by surging power consumption from AI demand and aging infrastructure, transmission and distribution upgrade projects are increasing across the power industry. Digitalizing design operations to streamline construction workloads—moving away from reliance on Excel and paper drawings—has become a key theme.
We will showcase new solutions that help power utilities and electrical contractors save labor and reduce man-hours in infrastructure construction and equipment upgrades. In addition, we will present solutions for electrical design and installation that automate electrical calculations for interior wiring work.
We will exhibit "E3.ES," a solution that drives digital transformation (DX) for power equipment upgrade projects, digitizes drawing assets, and enables automatic updates across multiple drawings.
・Integrates with Yokogawa Electric's "Design Drawing Converter" to extract connection data from legacy drawings and build a design database.
・Centralizes design information using the database-driven electrical CAD "E3.series," ensuring consistency across drawings while preventing design errors and missed revisions.
・Automatically generates related drawing sets based on connection data, significantly reducing man-hours for upgrade projects.
Driven by labor shortages and low productivity in the construction industry, digital transformation (DX) for electrical design is urgently needed. We offer an early preview of "E3EC.ALCa," co-developed by Toko Electrical Construction Co., Ltd. and Zuken Inc.
It efficiently generates calculations and single-line diagrams, seamlessly automating end-to-end consistency across documents and drawings.
Creating input data from design drawings, it automatically generates 17 types of reports, including main feeder calculations, in compliance with MLIT's Building Equipment Design Standards.
