No drawings? No problem. We turn your ideas into small-lot sheet metal parts.
"Refused by other companies," "No drawings yet," "Need just a few prototypes"—as a Katsushika-based sheet metal manufacturer, we turn these early-stage development challenges into reality.
Rather than mass production, our primary expertise lies in prototyping and small-lot custom orders. At our booth, we will exhibit real-world examples of how we transformed rough concepts into mass production, displayed alongside the actual sequence of prototype iterations.
We also welcome inquiries regarding reshoring overseas components to domestic production and urgent, short-lead-time projects. Design and development engineers, please bring your specific manufacturing challenges to us!
Even if you only have an idea or a rough sketch, we can help. Based on your purpose, image and hand-drawn sketches, we propose fabrication methods, create drawings and build prototypes in-house. We have refined shapes and specifications together with customers through multiple prototypes all the way to mass production. Use us as your partner for fabrication and design consultation in the early stages of development.
We specialize in prototypes and small-lot custom parts rather than mass production. Custom prototypes for each installation, shapes other suppliers have declined, and switching overseas-sourced parts with quality concerns to domestic production are exactly the projects we welcome. Our craftsmen in Katsushika, Tokyo handle each piece carefully, and you can consult with us closely throughout the process.
We respond quickly to custom orders with fixed construction or development schedules, starting from how to make them. A store interior design firm came to us with only a purpose and a design image, and we handled everything from proposing the fabrication method to delivery. Some of our relationships began with a rush order for a single part and grew into requests for complex shapes.
