TVF🄬 is a continuous crystallization and reaction system that utilizes the Taylor-Quette flow. It achieves a sharp particle size distribution and precise particle size control through uniform shear force. Our product lineup ranges from a 0.01-liter laboratory model (equivalent to approximately 1 L/h) to a 1-liter production model (equivalent to approximately 300 L/h). This system automates the processes required for experimentation and production, providing centralized management of everything from metered dispensing to sampling, data acquisition, and storage. Simply load the materials and press start, and the system automatically performs sampling and data storage according to the specified conditions. It supports customization of flow rate, temperature control, and the number of lines, as well as various chemical solutions, enabling process condition optimization and high reproducibility.
