With mold machining accuracy of +/-1 micron, we mold ultra-small, high-precision parts such as 1.4 mm diameter precision gears and micro gearboxes. We have a proven track record in medical devices, optical communications, semiconductor test sockets and connectors, and can micro mold super engineering plastics such as PEEK. Our part design proposals from a mold maker's perspective also help reduce defects in mass production.
We provide one-stop support from mold design to injection molding for microfluidic chips used in biomedical and medical applications, such as PCR test chips and components for DNA analyzers. Our track record includes mirror-finished channel surfaces of Ra 0.005 micron and fine multi-hole structures with 520 holes, 0.15 mm depth and 0.1 mm width. We can support you from the resin selection stage.
This service is for material manufacturers who want to evaluate functional materials under development through prototype molding of micro features. Combining prototype molds (machined or aluminum) with flow analysis, we check transferability and filling behavior on actual part geometries, and then connect the results to production molds and mass molding.
