Mold printing technology expanding across all industries
We are exhibiting products created using "Mold Print"—our proprietary resin molding technology that leverages gravure printing and plate-making techniques. On display are: ① Mold Print film using UV resin, capable of accommodating widths up to 1,550 mm; and ② mesh sheets made from thermoplastic resin, featuring unique structural designs that allow for the precise control of physical properties. We offer UV mold printing capabilities with a maximum width of 1,550 mm. Utilizing a roll-to-roll process, this technology enables the high-quality transfer of ultra-fine mold structures, allowing us to meet the diverse needs of industries ranging from mobility to healthcare. Mold designs are fully customizable, enabling the seamless application of various patterns, and we also formulate UV resins tailored to specific applications. Using mold printing technology, we can process various thermoplastic resins into custom designs and 3D shapes. With a wide range of options for base materials and thermoplastic resins—combined with the ability to create any desired shape—the possibilities are virtually limitless. Leveraging the unique characteristics of this process, we manufacture heat-sealable mesh sheets that offer excellent breathability and elasticity. For this exhibition, we are showcasing products featuring distinctive designs created from specialized resins—specifically, one with rubber-like elasticity and another with stress-relaxation properties.
