We design, manufacture, and sell metal rolls for industrial machinery, specializing in customized, one-of-a-kind products tailored to each customer’s specific requirements. At our booth, we will demonstrate the runout measurement of a high-precision roll achieving a runout accuracy of 0.5 μm or less after bearing assembly. We will also showcase suction rolls that enable non-contact transport of coated surfaces, as well as mold rolls used to produce optical films such as prism sheets. Back rolls are becoming increasingly precise to ensure stable coating thickness and improve yield. We achieved a runout accuracy of 0.5 μm or less after bearing assembly on a φ350 × 2000 mm roll. In addition to conventional double-pipe suction rolls, we manufacture suction rolls designed for high-tension and high-speed applications. We can accommodate rolls from φ100 × 1300 mm to φ400 × 1800 mm, and lengths up to φ250 × 2500 mm. If you have any challenges with suction rolls, please visit our booth for a consultation.
We provide precision micro-machining for rolls used as molds for optical films, such as prism sheets and lenticular lenses. We perform complex and fine machining, including multi-start and transverse grooves. We also offer micro-machining services for rolls supplied by customers.
We propose new solutions using AM technology to address customer challenges, including alternatives to chrome plating and materials, as well as additive manufacturing. Our solutions enable chrome-free rolls, reduced material costs, complex shapes and weight reduction that were previously difficult to achieve, and shorter lead times.
