The Association of Decoration Technologies
We have developed an unprecedentedly compact in-mold coating system.
After resin molding within the mold, a specialized injection unit introduces the coating material to form a film on the molded product's surface.
By completing the coating and drying processes entirely within the mold, the system offers energy savings and a reduction in CO2 emissions.
The coating material contains virtually no VOCs, making a significant contribution to VOC reduction and the realization of a decarbonized society.
The system excels at reproducing intricate patterns and textured, three-dimensional finishes, thereby enhancing the product's visual appeal.
We offer a unique technology and product line known as "decorated molded parts."
This technology involves applying precision micro-machining to the mold surface and accurately transferring these intricate patterns onto the molded part during the injection molding process; this allows for the creation of a metallic-look finish without the need for plating or vapor deposition.
We have a wide range of actual molded samples on display at this exhibition, and we invite you to pick them up and examine the surface texture and intricate detailing firsthand.
