Addressing Nano- and Microparticle Challenges with Powder Processing Technology
The hybridization system is a technology that uses a dry process to modify and composite the surface of fine particles using impact force while dispersing raw materials in high-speed airflow.
By modifying the surface of particles and compositing them, it is possible to create new materials and significantly improve performance.
Immobilization of fine particles (child particles) on the surface of core particles (mother particles) and film formation are performed in a short time of 3 to 10 minutes. It is also possible to spheroidize irregularly shaped particles.
SCM (Super Clean Mill) is a pulverizer developed in pursuit of the disassembly and cleaning performance required by the food and pharmaceutical industries.
While inheriting the characteristics of the free crusher, the impact crusher that we first developed and sold,
In addition to being easy to disassemble and clean, it has a shaft sealing mechanism that uses air seals to prevent cross contamination.
We have a track record of delivering products to a wide range of industries, including the food and health food fields, as well as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, industrial products, and fine chemicals.
Micros is a wet grinder. It is possible to process highly concentrated slurries with high solid content.
The device consists of a vessel filled with slurry and a ring connected to the main shaft. The ring rotates at high speed inside the vessel, stirring and dispersing the slurry, and crushing particles within the slurry using compression, friction, and shearing forces.
Additionally, since the vessel has a jacket structure, it is possible to control the temperature inside the aircraft by flowing cooling water or hot water.
Paddle dryers supply heat medium to two shafts, paddle blades, and jacket to heat the heat transfer surface. Depending on the temperature conditions, hot water, steam, oil, etc. are used as the heating medium. The shape of the paddle vane is designed to maximize contact between the powder and the heat transfer surface. The raw material is efficiently and continuously dried and discharged. The hot air is only a carrier gas to prevent condensation, so the ancillary equipment is much smaller than a hot air heat receiving type dryer, and running costs are kept to a minimum.
The Media Slurry Dryer is a dryer developed by applying fluidized bed technology to dry slurry-like raw materials. In the drying tower, 2-3mm ceramic beads are fluidized with hot air, and the slurry adhering to the bead surface is instantly dehydrated by the hot air, making it possible to extract the solid content as primary particles without drying and solidifying.
