We guarantee reliable quality and trustworthy business dealings.
We would like to introduce the surface treatment technologies we have cultivated over many years, including zinc plating that leverages the properties of an acidic bath, zinc-nickel alloy plating designed for high corrosion resistance, and high-quality anodizing with a low environmental impact.
We will also introduce “ORORU® Treatment,” a stainless steel coloring technology developed by Ororu Co., Ltd., as well as our electrolytic polishing processes for stainless steel and titanium.
In addition to achieving high current efficiency by leveraging the characteristics of the acidic bath, we strive to stabilize quality and improve productivity in mass production processes by appropriately managing bath composition, current, pretreatment, and other factors.

In response to increasing demands for high corrosion resistance in the automotive parts sector and to comply with environmental regulations (RoHS, PFOS, and hexavalent chromium-free), we have successfully achieved mass production of high-Ni zinc-nickel alloy plating using barrel plating. Traditionally, high-Ni plating was generally performed in alkaline baths; however, our company was the first in the industry to successfully implement high-Ni plating using an acidic bath.

This anodizing technology was selected for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s “Support for Innovation” program and has been patented.
It also received the “Chugoku Regional Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry Director-General’s Award” at the Heisei 29 “Japan Manufacturing Awards.”
Through a proprietary process that minimizes the use of hydrofluoric acid to the greatest extent possible, we achieve high-quality anodizing while reducing both environmental impact and the workload. We are also working to reduce processing time and costs through process optimization.

This is a proprietary surface treatment technology that controls the thickness of the oxide film formed on a stainless steel surface to produce color through the “interference of light.” Unlike painting or dyeing, it expresses color through the oxide film formed on the material’s surface. In addition to enhancing emotional value—such as aesthetic appeal and design—it adds functional value, including color-based identification, corrosion resistance, and antibacterial and antiviral properties.

This is a surface treatment technology that removes minute surface irregularities and contaminants to produce a smooth, clean surface. In addition to enhancing aesthetics through surface smoothing, it also improves cleanability and corrosion resistance, and is expected to be utilized in fields that require high levels of cleanliness, such as the medical, food, and semiconductor industries. Even for martensitic (e.g., SUS420J2) and ferritic (e.g., SUS430) materials—which are generally considered difficult to electrolytically polish—this process imparts significantly higher gloss and corrosion resistance compared to conventional treatments.
