The SOLC Coating Cutting System is designed for cross-cut adhesion testing of thin films and coating layers applied on film substrates. Manual cutting can sometimes result in slight variations in cutting depth, position, and spacing. By stabilizing the cutting conditions, SOLC helps create more consistent cross-cut patterns, reducing operator-dependent variation and improving test reproducibility. It is suitable for R&D and quality control of functional films, resin films, and various coated film products, while also helping reduce sample preparation time and operator workload.
